Briefly, the following tests should go green, with the exception of those tests who have their numbers in brackets, and that should stay unstyled. There should be no red anywhere below.

Tests

45a. Linked stylesheet in another folder (link element).

45b. Linked stylesheet in another folder with media attribute set to all.

45c. Linked stylesheet in another folder with media attribute set to screen.

45d. Linked stylesheet in another folder with media attribute set to screen, projection.

45e. Stylesheet in another folder imported by linked stylesheet in that same other folder.

45f. Stylesheet in another folder imported with screen media specified by linked stylesheet in that same other folder.

45g. Stylesheet in another folder imported by embedded stylesheet.

45h. Stylesheet in another folder imported with screen media specified by embedded stylesheet.

(45i). Linked stylesheet in another folder with media attribute set to tty.

(45j). Stylesheet in another folder imported with tty media specified by linked stylesheet in that same other folder.

(45k). Stylesheet in another folder imported with tty media specified by embedded stylesheet.

The result for test 45 in the main table is decided as follows.

• If any of the above tests are red, then test 45 failed and should be classified as B.
• If tests 45a to 45h are green and tests (45i) to (45k) are unstyled, then the test passed and should be classified as Y.
• If any of the tests 45a to 45h are unstyled, then the test could not be completed because the browser does not support all the methods used in the test, and therefore the test should be classified as M.
