This is to ensure the integrity of the tests.

You are encouraged to keep a copy of these test files for backup
purposes. However, you are strongly recommended to use the live
versions of these files, hosted at http://www.hixie.ch/tests/, when
performing testing. These tests change on a regular basis to correct
errors found and cover new ground, and some tests require carefully
configured server-side support. By using an archived copy of these
tests you are running the risk of using outdated and incorrect tests
and reporting invalid bugs, leading to an overall lower quality of
standards support on the web.

Some of these tests were written during my internship at Netscape. AOL
and its employees may therefore be exempt from this license for
certain files. Similarly, some of these tests were written while I was
